We deliver directly, in our own cold chain, anywhere within 65 km of our Bhilai Tofu plant. Bhilai and the whole of Durg town sit comfortably inside that radius. Outside this area, clients will have manage the logistics in their scope.

Deliveries move in insulated ice boxes with ice packs (if required). As a result, Tofu packs stays inside its 2°C – 4°C refrigeration window from our planet to your place.

MOQ is set to 30 Kg per week – Transport costs are generally included in the specific quoted price, unless mentioned otherwise.

We build supply relationships with clients that plan ahead. Therefore, our clients are institutional rather than retail. This also enables us to provide tailored services and dedicated production for suppling fresh Tofu.

We supply to therapeutic and low-cholesterol diet kitchens who choose Tofu for its composition – plant protein with zero dietary cholesterol. Additionally, we supply to the institutional clients and distributors who want to choose safest (authentic food) and more nutritious alternative of dairy-paneer.

Furthermore, we schedule by batch – each client holds a fixed weekly slot for our dedicated batch production. Consequently, your kitchen always knows which morning the fresh Tofu arrives.

At GDM Exports, we ensure single SOP for Tofu production across our facilities throughout India. Similarly, in Bhilai facility, we choose best standard non-GMO soybeans. Additionally, RO water is used as base in our process. Nigari (Sea salt derivative) or GDL (Glucono-delta-lactone) are used as natural coagulants in the process.

According to USDA Food Data Central, firm tofu typically supplies 14-17 g of protein per 100 g, depending on raw material, press density and coagulant. It contains zero dietary cholesterol, and it is naturally lactose-free and gluten-free. Soy foods also naturally contain isoflavones, a class of plant compounds studied widely in nutrition research.

Compared with many protein sources, tofu carries a low glycemic index. Institutional kitchens catering to therapeutic and low-cholesterol diets choose it for exactly that composition profile.

Out Tofu’s tested shelf-life is 30 days under vacuum-sealed refrigerated condition. However, we declare a 21-day shelf life from manufacture, for sheer food-safety for our clients. We do not add any preservative in our Tofu. The vacuum seal, refrigeration and ice-box transport do that work.

Store at 2°C-4°C. Do not freeze. Once you open a pack, submerge the block in clean and chilled drinking water, refrigerate, and use it within three days. Additionally, change that water daily to maintain the freshness of Tofu.
